Broken bones Treatment in Urdu at Home

Tooti hui haddi (broken bones) ka ghar par ilaj karna zaroori hai, lekin yeh sirf halka phulka fracture hone par hi asar daari hota hai. Agar fracture zyada serious hai ya kisi bhi tarah se peeda de raha hai, to aapko doctor se zaroor mashwara lena chahiye. Yahaan kuch gharelu totkay aur ilaj diye gaye hain jo halka phulka fracture hone par madadgar ho sakte hain:

1. Rest (Aaram)

  • Aaram Karein: Tooti hui haddi par puri tarah se aaram karein. Tooti hui jagah ko na hilayein aur jald se jald doctor se milne ki koshish karein.

2. Ice Pack

  • Ice Pack Lagana: Tooti hui jagah par ice pack ya thandi patti lagana swelling aur dard ko kam karne mein madadgar hota hai. 15-20 minutes tak thandi patti lagayein, phir kuch arse baad dobara karein.

3. Compression

  • Bandage Lagana: Tooti hui jagah ko elastic bandage se band karne se swelling kam hoti hai aur haddi ko support milta hai. Lekin bandage itna tight na ho ke blood circulation ruk jaye.

4. Elevation

  • Upar Rakhna: Jahan haddi tooti hai, us jagah ko dil se upar rakhna (elevation) dard aur swelling ko kam karne mein madadgar hai.

5. Turmeric (Haldi)

  • Haldi Ka Paste: Haldi mein anti-inflammatory aur healing properties hoti hain. Thodi si haldi ko pani ya coconut oil mein mila kar paste bana lein aur isay tooti hui jagah par lagayein. Yeh dard ko kam karega aur healing process ko tezi dega.

6. Garlic (Lehsan)

  • Lehsan: Lehsan mein anti-inflammatory properties hain. 2-3 lehsan ke joons ko crush karke ek glass doodh mein daal kar ubal lein. Isay din mein ek martaba piyen.

7. Calcium-Rich Foods

  • Calcium Ka Istemaal: Haddi ki healing ke liye calcium bohot zaroori hai. Doodh, dahi, paneer, broccoli, aur almonds jese foods ka istemaal karein.

8. Vitamin D

  • Vitamin D: Vitamin D haddi ki growth aur healing mein madad karta hai. Suraj ki roshni se natural vitamin D hasil karne ki koshish karein.

9. Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)

  • Methi Dana: Methi dana haddi ki healing mein madadgar hota hai. Raat bhar 1 chamach methi dana pani mein bhigo dein. Subha ise khayein.

10. Ginger (Adrak)

11. Honey (Shehad)

  • Shehad: Shehad mein antibacterial properties hoti hain. 1 chamach shehad ko paani mein mila kar subah khali pait piyen.

12. Herbal Teas

  • Herbal Chai: Herbal chai jaise chamomile ya ginger tea piyen, yeh dard aur inflammation ko kam karne mein madadgar hoti hain.

13. Acupressure

  • Acupressure: Acupressure techniques se pain relief mil sakta hai. Dard wali jagah par gently pressure daalna dard ko kam kar sakta hai.

14. Gentle Movement

  • Halki Movement: Agar dard kam ho raha hai, to halka phulka stretch ya movement karne se blood circulation behtar hota hai, lekin isay sirf doctor ki ijaazat ke baad karein.

15. Monitoring and Follow-Up

  • Regular Check-Up: Agar tooti hui haddi ke asar nahi ja rahe ya dard barh raha hai, to doctor se mashwara lein. Regular check-up zaroori hai.
